Our services for biopharma partners include performance of downstream process (DSP) development, DSP characterization and column life-time (resin re-use) studies. Furthermore, we also perform scale-down model verifications and packing of columns according to specifications requested by our clients.
Protein biochemistry also performs biophysical analytics of recombinant therapeutic proteins, which includes (1) SPR (Biacore T200) for label-free characterization of biomolecular interactions, (2) ELISA / AlphaLISA / AlphaScreen for biomolecular interaction studies in microplate format, and (3) capillary electrophoresis (Sciex PA800 Plus) for determination of purity, heterogeneity by CE-SDS and charge variants by CZE or hi-res cIEF (ICE).
